1) What areas do you cover?
Free Delivery Areas are highlighted in BLUE. Areas include Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Mont Kiara, Desa Sri Hartamas, Bukit Damansara, Bangsar, Brickfields and Pudu. Note that Setia Alam is also within our free delivery coverage area.
Covered Areas with Delivery Fee of RM3 are highlighted in RED. Areas include Damansara Perdana, Damansara Utama, Kota Damansara, Seapark, Ara Damansara, Bandar Sunway, Glenmarie and selected areas in Subang Jaya.
2) What days do you deliver?
Tuesdays - Fridays
Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays (Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan)
3) What time do you deliver the food?
Between 11am - 1pm.
4) What is the cut-off time for ordering?
9pm the day before your scheduled delivery.
5) How can I place my order?
You can order online by adding the menu to cart and checking out by paying via credit card / paypal. Otherwise, just whatsapp or SMS your order to +6017 4724284. We will confirm your order and provide you with our banking details for payment. Once payment is done, your order will be sent to you as scheduled.
6) How do I make payment?
For online order, we accept credit card and paypal. For whatsapp or SMS order, we accept only payment to our Maybank account. You can transfer the payment to us latest by 8pm the day before delivery. Please email or whatsapp to us the proof of payment.
7) Where will you deliver the food to?
For offices, apartment and condominium, we will deliver to the lobby.
For landed homes, we will deliver to your footstep.
8) Can I change my order details or cancel my order after it's been confirmed?
Yes, you may change your order details or cancel your order up to 9pm the day before delivery. If you cancel your order, we will refund your payment in full.
9) Can I order menu from other days other than the day of delivery?
No, you can only order based on the menu of the day of delivery.
10) What is your delivery fee?
No, we do not charge any delivery fee for Free Delivery Areas. Refer to Point 1 above. We cover additional areas with delivery fee of RM3 per location.
11) What is your minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
12) Is your food Halal?
Our food is pork-free and alcohol-free. However, we do not have the official JAKIM "Halal" certification.
